The Situation

This case study examines a successful recruitment assignment conducted by Future_find, that focused on identifying and securing a talented Analyst for an SME-focused private debt funder of structured debt facilities.

Challenges

The recruitment process for this Analyst position presented two key challenges:

1. A highly competitive market for talented individuals with existing experience in structured debt transactions, due to numerous job opportunities available at the time.

2. Slightly underwhelming basic salary compared to some competitors.

Both of which required Future_find to effectively promote the career opportunity and company culture to attract the necessary quality of candidates.
